Welcome
Growing older well in Kfar Vradim means aging with joy, dignity and activity. Many studies show that quality of life in later years depends on three things: physical health, social connections and mental challenge. The association provides all three.
Physical health
Exercise, movement, trips, a health and accessibility team, and fall prevention.
Social connections
Coffee and pastry mornings, birthdays, events, sing-along evenings and shared activity with village students.
Mental challenge
A weekly lecture, languages, literature, an AI course and classes in many fields.
Who we are
The Gil HaZahav (Golden Age) Association of Kfar Vradim was founded and registered in August 2019, and it brings together the third-age activity frameworks of the village. The Golden Club team recently joined the association, bringing a wide range of culture and leisure activity with it.
Our community numbers about 1,250 women and men, 22% of the village's residents. We see this community as a rich human resource: people who want to, and can, learn, create, meet, volunteer and make a difference.
